Referat zaproszony prof. Michała Leszczyńskiego na konferencji IFWS & SSLCHINA 2026 w Chinach
Professor Michał Leszczyński of NL12 laboratory of our Institute will deliver a keynote talk at the 12th International Forum on Wide Bandgap Semiconductors and the 23rd China International Forum on Solid State Lighting (IFWS & SSLCHINA) 2026, held in Suzhou, China, on November 16–19, 2026.
The presentation "AlGaInN epitaxy for 3D projectors - degradation issues" authored by Mike Leszczynski, Ewa Grzanka, Mikolaj Grabowski and Robert Czernecki will be presented in session F4 Compound Semiconductor Laser Diode Technologies.
IFWS & SSLCHINA is an international forum dedicated to wide-bandgap semiconductors and solid-state lighting technologies, bringing together representatives of academia, industry and public institutions.
