The Institute of High Pressure Physics of the Polish Academy of Sciences (UNIPRESS) is a renowned research centre based in Warsaw, conducting advanced research in the field of nitride semiconductor physics and technology, as well as materials engineering. We use high pressure for GaN crystallisation, modification of material properties, and the development of modern technologies, including optoelectronics and nanomaterials for medical applications.
