Od fizyki wysokich ciśnień do technologii GaN – seminarium prof. Michała Boćkowskiego na Wydziale Fizyki Uniwersytetu Warszawskiego
Prof. Andrzej Wysmołek and prof. Piotr Kossacki invite to the first Solid State Physics Seminar of the 2026/2027 academic year, taking place on October 2, 2026, at 10:15 a.m. in room 0.06 at the Faculty of Physics, University of Warsaw, Pasteura 5.
The guest speaker will be Prof. Michał Boćkowski from the Institute of High Pressure Physics, Polish Academy of Sciences (GaN-Unipress).
The title of the presentation is: “From High-Pressure Physics to Full-Stack GaN. Building a Technology from Crystal to Device”
The seminar will explore the journey from high-pressure physics and GaN crystal growth to building a complete technology: from the crystal and material to the final device. The abstract is attached below.
