Możliwości badawcze i dane techniczne
This based on closed-loop piezo-controller with resolution of the 10 nm in positioning system is dedicated for ultra precise direct coupling of the light laser diodes with photonic integrated circuits and measurement of the high-resolution spectra, as well as other optical properties. The system is equipped with both TEC and water cooling which thermally isolated from piezo-stage. The sample holder can house various samples with different sizes and shapes – from single bars, up to 1x3x0.5 cm.
