mgr inż. Natalia Fiuczek
Natalia Fiuczek graduated with honours in 2019 in Nanotechnology at the Faculty of Applied Physics and Mathematics of Gdańsk University of Technology. During her studies Natalia undertook an internship in the group “Bioencapsulation and nanotechnology” in Jerzy Haber Institute of Catalysis and Surface Chemistry PAN in Cracow. Within the framework of a one-year scholarship in IHPP PAS she prepared her Master Thesis “Fabrication and characterization of nitride structures for the application in distributed Bragg reflectors”. At the moment Natalia is a PhD student in Warsaw PhD School in Natural and BioMedical Sciences Warsaw-4-PhD. Her PhD studies in Physics are carried out within the project ”Nanoporous GaN – a new platform for realization of quantum structures’’.
Scientific interests
- Research interests of Natalia Fiuczek are semiconductor techniques in general. Her Bachelor Thesis was entitled “Synthesis and characterization of thermoelectric materials of the AgSbTe2-xSex type”. Her current interests include the development of high quality InAlN used for nitride lasers.
