Julia Sławińska graduated with honours in 2019 in Nanotechnology at the Faculty of Applied Physics and Mathematics of Gdańsk University of Technology. At the moment Julia is a PhD student in Warsaw PhD School in Natural and BioMedical Sciences Warsaw-4-PhD. Her PhD studies in Physics are carried out within the project ”Tunnel junction and its applications for GaN based optoelectronics’’, where she’s focused on microLEDs with tunnel junctions.
At the end of Bachelor studies Julia Sławińska started to be interested in semiconducting materials what has resulted in the choice of her engineering thesis in the field of modification of nanocrystal TiO2 photoanode. Currently to her interest belong in general microLEDs and GaN nanostructures. The main aim of Julia’s work are efficient solutions within the nanotechnology and optoelectronics field which allows to create energy-saving and advanced devices.
