Zaproszenie do nadsyłania abstraktów - DRIP21

The 21st International Conference on Defects Recognition, Imaging and Physics in Semiconductors (DRIP21) will take place in Warsaw on 30 August – 3 September 2026.

The conference, organised by the Institute of High Pressure Physics PAS and the Institute of Physics PAS, is part of a prestigious international series of scientific meetings dedicated to the physics of defects in semiconductor materials. The DRIP21 programme will cover topics including defects in wide-bandgap semiconductors, 2D materials and perovskites, quantum and spin defects, as well as advanced methods for their detection, imaging, and modelling. The Chair of the Organising Committee is Prof. Julita Smalc-Koziorowska (DSc, Eng.), from the Laboratory of Semiconductor Microstructure Research (NL-12) at IHPP PAS.
