Research topics
The Laboratory of High Pressure Equipment is part of the Institute of High Pressure Physics, and its activity focuses on the design, construction, and development of high-pressure research and technological equipment. The team of scientists and engineers applies modern knowledge and experience to design and build high-pressure devices used in innovative research and industrial applications.
In particular, high-pressure chambers make it possible to investigate material behavior and process characteristics under high pressure, simultaneously as a function of temperature, magnetic field, and electric field. Equipment manufactured in the laboratory is currently in operation in over 100 laboratories worldwide.
