Research capabilities and technical data
The TeraFlash Pro THz TDS spectrometer from Toptica operates in the 0.05-7 THz range in both transmission and reflection modes. It also enables XY surface scanning. Additionally, the system works with two mid- and near-infrared modules, enabling probe-pump measurements.
