Research capabilities and technical data
Proprietary microwave synthesis reactors for hydrothermal and solvo-thermal synthesis (MSS), developed in cooperation with the Institute of Mining Technology (Łukasiewicz Research Network), enable precise synthesis of nanoparticles with adjustable size, homogeneous phases, and planned morphology. These solutions have been developed over many years at the Nanostructures Laboratory. The use of microwaves, high pressure, and water shortens the synthesis time, lowers the reaction temperature, and allows for the use of environmentally friendly technology. Reaction chambers of various sizes enable the synthesis of nanomaterials on both a laboratory scale (several grams) and a semi-industrial scale.
