The research station with the Zetasizer Nano ZS analyzer is used to determine the average particle size in liquids and measure zeta potential. The device uses dynamic light scattering (DLS) and laser Doppler electrophoresis (LDE) methods. It enables the analysis of the average size and size distribution of particles, as well as the assessment of the stability of colloidal systems. The measurement range covers particle sizes from approximately 0.3 nm to 10 µm and zeta potential in the range of approximately ±200 mV. The station is used in research on nanomaterials, pharmacy, biotechnology, and materials engineering.
