Research capabilities and technical data
A Python 3 library designed for the processing and analysis of time-resolved photo- and cathodoluminescence (TRPL/TRCL) data. The tool provides methods for smoothing experimental data and estimating ABC recombination model coefficients (A – SRH, B –radiative, C – Auger recombination). The library's flexible structure allows for easy integration with Jupyter Notebooks, facilitating rapid and iterative analysis of semiconductor material parameters
