Research capabilities and technical data
The Lake Shore LS-CRX-VF cryogenic probe station is a specialized device that allows for the rapid characterization of semiconductor devices in a wide temperature range (4 - 500 K) and magnetic fields up to 2.5 T. Additionally, the station enables magneto-optical measurements in the wide terahertz range through a quartz window.
