Research capabilities and technical data
Monitoring of broadband dielectric properties (BDS, components of complex dielectric permittivity, electrical modulus, and electrical conductivity in the frequency band from 3 microHz to 3 GHz, with the option of nonlinear dielectric spectroscopy (voltages up to 1500 V). Temperature control from -150 C to +200 C, with a module extending the range to +1600 C. Implementations for pressure tests up to P = 2.4 GPa
