Institute of High Pressure Physics PAS invites you to a doctoral seminar „Ion implanted (In,Ga)N micro light-emitting diodes with tunnel junction” presented by Julia Sławińska MSc Eng from Molecular Beam Epitaxy Laboratory, IHPP PAS.
