The 23rd International Conference on Molecular-Beam Epitaxy (ICMBE 2024) will take place in Matsue, Japan, from 8 to 13 September 2024. This conference is an international forum for reporting new developments in the areas of fundamental and applied molecular beam epitaxy research, including advances in the technique, synthesis of new materials, discovery of new physical properties, formation of novel heterostructures and nanostructures, and the development of innovative devices.

This year prof. Czesław Skierbiszewski from our institute is invited to give a talk titled „Growth of Nitrides by MBE: Current Status, Opportunities and Challenges”.
