ICNS 12 - 12th International Conference on Nitride Semiconductors

The ICNS-12 conference will be held at the Strasbourg Convention Center (France) from July 24th to 28th, 2017. The conference will feature many of our scientists, including a notable invited lecture by Professor Izabella Grzegory on GaN crystal growth.
The presentation is entitled GaN bulk crystallization by HVPE on ammonothermal seeds and some new approaches.
