Abstract submission for DRIP21 – the 21st International Conference on Defects Recognition, Imaging and Physics in Semiconductors has been extended to March 16, 2026.

DRIP21 conference will take place in Warsaw, Poland, from 30 August to 3 September 2026 and it is a great opportunity to meet, listen to, and discuss with top experts in the field of defects in classical and ultra-wide bandgap semiconductors, perovskites, oxides, 2D materials, and novel materials.

The conference is organized by the Institute of High Pressure Physics PAS and Institute of Physics PAS and is part of a long-standing, internationally recognized series of scientific meetings devoted to the physics of defects in semiconductor materials.

The conference proceedings will be published in Journal of Electronic Materials (IF = 2.5).
