mgr inż. Paweł Wolny

Paweł Wolny graduated from the Warsaw University of Technology, Faculty of Mechatronics. He collaborates with prof. Czesław Skierbiszewski and MBE group in the Institute of High Pressure PAS from 2009. Recently, he worked in Paul-Drude Institut (PDI) in Berlin. Paweł Wolny is a co-author of 18 scientific publications.
The most important achievements of Pawel Wolny include:

constructing a system for measuring in-situ substrate temperature during epitaxy,
automatization of laser reflectometry measurements,
design and construction of custom-made laser diode far-field measurement setup.

Research interests

Paweł Wolny research interests include molecular beam epitaxy, characterization of GaN based quantum structures in terms of structural, optical, electrical and surface quality. He is passionate for electronics.
