Michał Boćkowski will give an invited lecture entitled “Innovative approach for changing electrical and optical properties of GaN”.

Kacper Sierakowski will present two posters: “Investigation of beryllium diffusion for various crystallographic directions in GaN grown by HVPE” and “Investigation of zinc diffusion for various crystallographic directions in GaN grown by HVPE” .
